Our factory uses advanced paper roll slitting machines and laminating machines to coat the surface of paper with PE, PLA, water-based coatings or PHA to ensure water and oil resistance.
Our factory's production line is equipped with one flexographic printing machine and one gravure printing machine, both of which support multi-color printing. In addition, our factory is equipped with automatic forming machines and over ten medium and high-speed cup-making machines, with a monthly production capacity of 80 million paper cups and bowls.
The quality control department conducts leakage tests using air pressure or hydrostatic pressure to ensure that all products comply with industry standards.
The main products of our company have passed international certifications including BRC, BPI, FSC, DIN, PHA Marine Biodegradable Certificate，ABA Home Compostable, and Sedex, and meet the certification and testing requirements of high-end catering companies for suppliers.
