Product Introduction

This study, based on the ISO14067 standard, conducted a detailed comparative analysis of the carbon footprint of aqueous lined paper cup and polyethylene-coated paper cups throughout their entire life cycle. By calculating the total carbon sink of the two containers and comparing it with the relevant data of other countries in the world, it was explored that aqueous lined paper cup have obvious advantages in reducing carbon dioxide emissions. The research results reveal that compared with PE-coated paper cups, aqueous lined paper cup have significantly reduced carbon emissions during the manufacturing, application and processing stages. Compared with traditional paper containers, water-based paper containers have good recyclability and can reduce a large amount of energy consumption. Water-based barrier paper cups are not only designed to meet the modern demands of sustainable development, but also effectively reduce the pressure on the environment and promote the recycling of resources. Meanwhile, water-based barrier paper cups have a high level of hygiene and safety, ensuring that people can drink healthy and safe water. Therefore, it is widely believed that aqueous lined paper cup are a more environmentally friendly choice, which is very suitable for wide promotion and application to better address the increasingly serious environmental problems and challenges.

These are three different types of paper cups, made of PE, PLA and aqueous lined paper.
Tests for natural decomposition buried in the natural environment.
Experimental process: Put PE, PLA and aqueous lined paper cup together, dig a pit in front of the research building, and let them degrade naturally. Each time it is unearthed, it should be put back in its original place to observe its condition.

After 85 days,the aqueous lined paper cup had degraded into largepieces,while the PLA and PE cups remained in their original shape.

After 145 days,the aqueous lined paper cup had degraded into smallpieces,while the PLA and PE cups stillexisted in large pieces,withonly some fibers degraded.

After 245 days,the aqueous lined paper cup had completelydegraded,the fibers of PLA had been degraded,the film of PLA hadruptured,and the film of PE was basically intact.

Experimental conclusion:The degradation degree from high to low was aqueous lined paper cup >PLA>PE.
